Port Orange, FL

Port Orange, FL, is a beautiful city in Volusia County, Florida, with fantastic beaches and tourist attractions. If you like southern beaches and hospitality, it's the perfect place to visit. I am a big fan of Port Orange city's lifestyle. As many people often question me about the distance between a Port Orange house and the beach. In addition, many suburbs are readily available by bicycle, and the majority are only a short drive away. Seaside walks in the evening, having a meal on the beachfront, browsing, and quayside catching fish are within easy reach. And that's something which I loved during my stay in the city. So, to sum up, beaches, the lifestyle, the hospitality of locals are some of the great things about Port Orange city.

Sadly, The Port Orange Police Department announced one of its officers' passing because of complications from COVID-19. Justin White, 39, died Thursday morning, according to a Facebook post from the department. Quite saddening news for me! Port Orange police chief Bill Proctor said that during White's 15 years with the department, he served the community as a K-9 handler and instructor. And I could not agree more. He was also a member of the crime suppression team and the union president of the Volusia County Deputy Association. As a Port Orange Police Department veteran and a loving father and husband, Mr. White spent all his life looking after his family and completing his duties professionally. A man of devotion and compassion, his friends and family, will miss him forever. We are going to miss him.

Smyrna Dunes Park

The Smyrna Dunes Park in Port Orange, FL, is a beautiful place to enjoy with your buddy. If you like to walk or even hike, this city has it on its premises. Before 10:00 a.m., bring your dog to the Boardwalk for an enjoyable stroll or anytime to enjoy the dog-friendly beach! You could wash him in the doggy wash. If you like nature and wildlife, it will delight you to know that many animals and plants thrive all around the hillsides. The city has several covered picnic areas for residents and visitors, But I am not sure if it is free or price. You'll need a resident beach pass to enter, and I think you will love the beach! Try it with your family.
